The tileScale setting in Google Earth Engine's ee.FeatureCollection.reduceRegions() effects the results of, in my case, an areal summation of pixels with the scale setting held constant.

When summing ee.Image.pixelArea() pixels I notice a difference on the order of 100 square meters per feature (1-100 sq km) and I believe this difference is resulting in a large discrepancy when I reduceRegions over 70,000+ features at different tileScale settings.

Why does the tileScale parameter effect these results with the scale setting held constant?
